How many people can you photograph in a day?
Typically up to 25 people in a full day, 10 in a half day. For larger teams, a multi-day arrangement can be discussed — just get in touch and something can be arranged.
What space do you need to set up?
A meeting room or clear wall space roughly 4m × 4m is ideal. Everything is brought on-site — lighting, backdrop, all equipment — setup and breakdown included, without any fuss.
What if someone misses their slot?
It happens. A buffer is built into the schedule for this. Anyone who misses can be slotted into a future session or book a studio top-up — a solution is always found.
How are the images delivered?
Each person receives a link to their own private gallery to select their preferred shots. Retouched, high-resolution files are then delivered via download, typically within 5 business days of selection.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes — I travel across the UK for team days. Travel costs outside London are discussed at the enquiry stage and kept straightforward.
Do additional retouched images cost extra?
Each package includes one fully retouched image per person. Additional selects can be retouched at an agreed rate — discussed at booking with no surprises.
